Maurizio’s Charity Work
As a local, family run restaurant offering the finest Italian food in Rickmansworth, we have always prided ourselves on supporting the local community in any way we can, with the same passion.
Over many years, we have supported two amazing charities whose work has not only helped us personally, but they also provide essential support for the country at large.
Support for Harefield Hospital
In the past both my wife and I have significantly benefitted from the incredible work that Harefield provides to the community, and we have remained very grateful to this day.
We knew that it was vitally important to help the hospital to continue to provide their life saving work in the future, so we have utilised our restaurant to help raise as much money as we can.
We are delighted to say that to date, between ourselves and our restaurant customers, we have raised a huge £10,000 for Harefield Hospital and we are looking forward to increasing that amount.
Sunny Days Children’s Fund
In addition to helping Harefield, we want to continue with the family friendly restaurant theme by supporting a fantastic children’s charity.
Sunny Days Children's Fund is a nationally registered charity which raises money to help support children suffering with a wide range of life hindering conditions.
We are delighted to be able to help two or three children a year by providing a range of very specific items that will help them deal with their conditions. We take a great deal of satisfaction knowing that we’ve helped bring a little sunshine to each child in need.
